I started the 12 week Zone Facelift Programme somewhat sceptical of what the results might be but excited about the thought of having some ME time every week for 12 weeks.
I could actually see a difference even in week one but by week four the difference was incredible and it just kept getting better.
As well as the obvious signs of success in the way my face looks and my skin feels, I have also got an overwhelming sense of well-being. During this period I have taken the plunge to lose weight, I have decided to look into contact lenses as my eyes are no longer puffy and dark and I have also been exercising more.
Taking a few hours out of my busy schedule for some ME time has also had its benefits, I have felt less stressed, have had less hot sweats and have slept so much better.
I cant recommend this program enough, it has been a wonderful experience and I will be maintaining my visits and continuing with my homework to ensure that these benefits last for a longer period.
Rachel Reeves throughout has been so professional, is so genuine and has created a wonderful environment to operate from. I have subsequently recommended many friends who have all been thrilled with their own experiences
